It's really pathetic that Jammu people never get heard by the Indian PM or the Center itself. Whenever people from this city raise their voice, those sitting on the chairs have only concern with what will be the impact on Kashmir. I really don't know why Center or the state govts. Each time on each issue portray to the world community that they are very much concerned with the Kashmir valley. They just show that they should only concentrate on the issues of Kashmir and rest should go on its own way.

Present situation in the city reveals it very clearly. The State govt. with support of its allies and the committees set up to check the availability and suitability of the land for the SASB, Passed the cabinet order with unanimous support. The PDP, whenever in power always raised the issue of autonomy, state currency and other. The party never condemns the fundamentalists ideology neither took any concrete step to stop terrorism and even then they think they are perfect public servant to sit on the chair.

Through your channel, I also want to know whether in the JK Constitution is it written as Law that a Hindu can't beome the CM of the State or a non-jammuite should be the CM. If its there then please help in amending the issue in the constitution and awaking the people of the Jammu esp.

We jammu people never disrupted the communal harmony neither we let the muslims in the region to face any humiliation. We respect others and do expect respect for our religion too. If we can allow Haj subsidy to the Muslim people , which Indian constitution in its real sense doesn't allow any type of help for a particular religion or community, then Hindus should also get the same.

Everyone knows the SASB land doesn't belong to an individual neither it belongs to Kashmiri fundamentalists or the state people. It simply belongs to the constitution of the state. Let this land be given to the cause of humanity.One question always strikes my mind, why these fundamentalists are always favored and why they don't allow non - muslim community to be served in the Kashmir region particular.

Some Question that never get answered:-

Q1. Why Kashmir people seen waiving Pakistan Flag and still the govt. remains silent?

Q2.Why CM candidate never gets selected from the Jammu region and that too Hindu?

Q3.Why in politicians in India are Kashmir centric?

Q4. Why Govt. of India needs to analyse the situation when everyone knows in the country about the killings of innocent lives in jammu region during protests?

Q5.Why Sangarsh Committee not given invitation to join the meeting called at PM residence, which is more close to the Jammu people?

Q6. Why always jammu people get crushed and their voices never heard even after lot of blood shed?

Q7.Center govt. never cares if Jammu burns, but its eyes get opened when killings in Kashmir happened. Why so?

Aren't the jammu region people Indian citizens? Those who condemn the Indian policies and disrespect the Indian flags are given attention and their voices are heard. Am I Indian?

Last but not least, India everytime remained Kashmir centric whether people of jammu live happily or not. Their concern is not nations concern. But still I love My India even when My Jammu is burning.

A Letter from an Indian Hindu

Dear All,

Its has been the saga every time of Kashmiri Separatists, Indian Govt and Media that Kashmir and Kashmiris are in trouble. Indian Politics has always succumbed to Anti Nationalist Kashmiri Muslims and has always Supported them and bowed to every Demand of theirs. There have been so many incidents of Kashmiri Muslims raising Pakistani Flags in Srinagar Lal chownk and burning Indian Flags many a times but still Centre Govt gives them full support and favour. WHAT FOR???? Burning our National Flag???? and raising PAKISTANI FLAG???? What is wrong with being INDIAN????

On the contrary, Indian Government has always turned a deaf ear and blind eye to the people of Jammu, the Real Nationalists, who have never ever let down Indian Flag.

Its a pity on Central Govt, that they have always neglected and discriminated Jammu over Kashmir for years over and again.

The issue of Amarnath Yatra land-

This is so obvious from this-- Kashmiri Muslims protested only for two days against the land given to Amarnath shrine board and State Govt took the decision back where as the people of Jammu are protesting for the same since 39(including today) days and one listened to it.

THE Role of great Indian Media-

No media covered it. Yasin Malik, one of the Terrorist Group leader started hunger strike whole Indian Media started showing him over the AIR. Hundreds went on hunger strike in Jammu but zero National Media Coverage. I don't understand this, it was may be due to the pressure on Media by Centre Govt or maybe media is also biased and doesn't know there is some entity called Jammu also and living beings there are also Humans. Only yesterday I was watching News on CNN IBN and was amazed to see the coverage. Students in Srinagar were being asked questions about the problems they've been facing. The people were so worried about their future. I have nothing against them, but what about the future of thousands thrown ouot of their houses, who now for once have arisen to make the deaf hear. But it was so amazing to listen the problems of those who are facing problem selling their fruits and not being able to go to school, what about those who have been dying on streets in Jammu and nearby places. Did anybody not see them????????????????

Latest Stance of Media and some favorite Anti-National groups over the issue-

And now Media and these Anti National terrorist groups are charging Jammu people as Communal. These anti National PDP, Hurriyat, NC have helped Kashmiri Militants to throw away Kashmiri Pandits from Valley at gun point and now they are crying that Muslims in Jammu are told to leave which is just another propaganda of theirs. What Jammu wants is neither considered by the Indian Govt nor by the Media.

What Jammu Wants-

Does Jammu want only the land transferred to the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board (SASB) and if this happens, will the matter settle down? Apparantly, this does not seem to be the case. The Amarnath issue has now not confined to itself, it has brought out the dormant frustration in the hearts of the people of the Jammu province against the Muslim imperialism in the state. As much as I hate religious fights and issues which arise due to communal clashes, I hate to confess the situation has worsened and the Amarnath Land issue is turning out to be a communal fight. I don't find any reason for this not to happen. It was due, overly due and it has come to the surface now.

The Amarnath land transfer is just a symptom of the malaise afflicting the bodypolitisc of the state, with all the major stakeholders failing to satisfy the aspirations of Dogras, Kashmiris and Ladakhis, not to speak of the other ethnic and linguistic groups like Gujjars and Paharis.

Right now, what Jammu wants is end to the Kashmiri Muslim Administration imperialism, which has been perfected and practiced by the Kashmiri leadership foisted upon the state by union of India. People of Jammu want an end to the domination of Kashmiri Muslim Administration in every sphere of their life. Be it politics, economy, society and culture, the writ of the Kashmir runs in the state and the centre.The land transfer just gave an opportunity to the people of Jammu to come out and express the pent up anger. However, the people of Jammu are not communal and majority of the people value secularism to the utmost level.

People of Jammu are not against the Kashmiris or Muslims or Kashmiriyat, but they are dead against the politics of imperialism practiced by Muftis, Abdullahs and the ilk.

Barring few incidences that are regrettable, no violence has been perpetrated against our Muslims in Jammu and Kashmir as well. There is a strong protest and opposition against the ideology that upholds the supremacy of everything that is from Kashmir valley, running in Jammu these days. Not to be forgotten is the manner, in which Jammuites shared space with the Kashmiri Pandit brothers, who were forced to migrate from Kashmir Valley by Kashmiri Muslims at Gun Point. Another question, which rises here is why were they forced to leave their land, home and hearths. The issues which seemed to be buried under graves are coming up now. And I ask why should they not be put forth? What is wrong in asking the question to the state govt. and the Centre Govt.? Why the Kashmiri Muslims are given special status even though they feel ashamed to call themselves Indians??? Why???? Why in this country the Kashmiri Muslims (of course not all) have problem in begin called Indian. There are a million examples of Muslims who would die for India. But why even though many times the kashmiri Muslims disrespect our nation, they are given so much attention and consideration???

The manner, in which the entire Jammu populace has come to the streets and held the fort against state administration, makes it very clear that it is a people's movement.

Media and Indian Politicians are indeed ignoring these things for Kashmir, i don't know for what reason they are Discriminating and ignoring the Loyal Citizens of India, people of Jammu.

It seriously is very ridiculous and shameful on the part of the state administration, the central government as well as the Media for ignoring the issue for so long.

To hell with Indian Media and Indian Government who just want to earn money and international fame on name of Kashmir. (It's a truth I tell You.)

The Protest now is not just for the land now. It is for the last 60 yrs of ignorance faced, it is for the humiliation which the People who were thrown out of their houses, it is for the blank faces which the the administration of India has been showing when asked about the issue.

Fir sure this is very bad for the Unity of our Nation, but things aren't going the way they should be, for many people of this nation. Jammuites are few of them.

For sure this is turning out to be a communal clash, but this was due. This seriously was due.

PS: The article is not against any particular being or a person. It just is against ignorance, against undeserved benefits and attention given to few people. I wanted it not to be a communal issue but it sure is one, and the solution is not visible.
